The cuffs are constructed from 1 1/2 in wide grossgrain ribbon and mounted on 2 in wide grossgrain ribbon. The cuffs pictured have a loop height of 1 3/4 inches. They have a velcro closure to allow for snug fit, but the closure can be substituted for snaps, hook and eyes or any other closure, just let me know when you order!
